This much requested recipe for Red Velvet Cupcakes is perfect for Valentine’s Day, Nothing like baking to show someone just how much you love them..!☺️
Recipe is from the famous Hummingbird Bakery cafe. My top tip would be to use gel food colouring rather than liquid as it doesn’t make the mixture as runny, helping the cakes to rise better. Or if you prefer leave the colouring out, they taste just as good without.
